SmartLight pro amplifier 2500.?

I have a pro SmartLight amplifier that is rated at 1000 watts RMS into 4 ohms for Chanel. I've been using now for 4 years without any problem. On Saturday night, when giging 1hr in my dj'ing set the left Chanel died on me. I carry spare cable all times and have checked all the connections are good.i achieved through the night with the right side of work (no one noticed because its so powerful), but all power to the left is completely lost after about 10 seconds after ignition. The amplifier is driven always open properly with the volume up and volume of use mixer to control the overall effectiveness of the volume.It never hit the red s not letting me, so what caused this? The shop say at least two weeks for a repair.

This could well be a bad connection on the motherboard … I hope that becomes more rapid than 2 weeks !…;
