What makeup line found in drugstores makes a good primer?
I always see people in the makeup tutorials on Youtube using MAC primer for eye makeup but I need something a little cheaper. 1. I don’t have time to go to a mall to the MAC counter 2. I need this for a Halloween party and I only use eye shadow(and other makeup with the exception of lip gloss) about once every other month, so to me it doesn’t make sense to spend $30 or more for some primer. I know MAC is a great brand- I use their LipGlass and LipGelee but I’m being practical here lol.
Has anyone ever found a primer by Revlon or Almay or other brands easily available in a drug store?
Lol wow I didn’t know thay still made Hard Candy products! And Walmart does have a big makeup selection I should have looked there.

Hard candy has a great primer it cost $7 at walmart also Avon magix primer is very good and leaves your foundation more smooth .
