Does Longs Drugs (West coast drug store run by CVS) carry the Essence of Beauty line of products?

Specifically the lip butter/balms
I’ve read some reviews of people online who have tried the Essence of Beauty lip balms by CVS. Some reviews I read talked about CVS selling them at 18 cents a piece! Just wondering if Longs Drugs, a drug store run by CVS, carried the lip balms. I would love to try them, especially at 18 cents a piece!
