Retinoids is bad for wrinkles in the long run?
I read everywhere in the newspapers that retinoids is good to ward off wrinkles, example, that the serum 7 new that everyone raves about. However, my stylist told me not to use creams with retinoids in them as they really will your skin age faster in the long run, apparently, contains the same ingrediants as creams batteries! No one has heard this or retinoid creams do people think are good thing? What creams do people recommend? I'm 30 years old. Thanks
I'm really not sure to be honest, but I found an article that could help. It passes through some of the ingredients in anti-aging creams, which are beneficial and perhaps others that are less effective. I think you can not go wrong with plenty of water, good food and a good sunscreen to start:)
